We are organizing this fundraiser to help bring Trina home.

Trina went missing from her Port Moody, BC, Canada home on January 18, 2021. She is believed to be wearing a black Northface jacket with teal logo/collar, and magenta Cloudflyer running shoes. The heavily forested & mountainous terrain surrounding her neighborhood was searched for 3 days, with hundreds of community volunteers joining the search. Despite extensive Police, RCMP, and Search & Rescue efforts, there has been no sign of Trina. Her case does not meet the mandate of IHIT, and without any clues, the Police investigation will be tapering down in the near future.

Trina is a loved daughter, wife, sister, auntie, cousin, niece and friend. She is missed beyond measure and we want nothing more than to have her home with us. Her loved ones deserve answers, and we are hoping through donations we can continue the search to find those answers.

Friends of Trina’s have implemented this fundraising effort in hopes of achieving the following:

· Utilize private search & rescue, helicopter, drone companies as well as specialized search dogs
· Support anyone assisting in volunteer efforts with food, supplies, travel fees, etc
· Increase media presence, through billboards, newspaper ads, digital ads and social media campaigns
· Provide ongoing support for future initiatives in order to help bring Trina home

We are incredibly appreciative for the ongoing support of the community, and thank you for supporting our fundraiser. Let the message be clear that we are not giving up hope, and your support, whether it is large or small, will be received with gratitude.

UNUSED FUNDS:

It is important to us that we give back to the organizations that have helped us, as well as support other families that may be going through a similar experience. In the event that we do not use all of the funds raised, we will be donating to the Coquitlam Search & Rescue, along with other non profit organizations that may offer us support in our journey to bring Trina home.
