Help bring baby Kirby Jo Conley home healthy

Chris and Miranda are a Christian couple who started dating in May 2019 and were married 2 years later in May of 2021. Through their faith and hard work, Chris has become a police officer for the City of Fredericksburg and Miranda has achieved teacher of the year at St. Mary’s Catholic school. Since their marriage, they dreamed of starting a family but learned early on they had hurdles to overcome. In July 2023, after struggling to get pregnant Chris and Miranda found their prayers answered with the help of Positivf Fertility and began IVF. In October 2023 they found out they were pregnant! December they found out they were having a little girl who we now all know as Kirby Jo ❤️ Since then though, Miranda has had a high risk pregnancy with chronic high blood pressure and other underlying health issues resulting in frequent hospital visits (sometimes twice a week), hospitalizations, and weekly doctors appointments. Miranda was placed on modified bed rest in March of 2024 and has been unable to work, but the appointments continued. Miranda is currently 36 weeks pregnant has been placed in the hospital for monitoring until she can deliver. Kirby Jo is very small, 2nd percent and barely breaking 5 lbs. They are hoping to make it to at least 37 weeks but weighing the health and safety of both baby and mama and every moment. Chris and Miranda work very hard and pray even harder but are struggling financially to keep up. We are asking for anything to help relieve some of the stress and burdens on this sweet family in their time of need.
