Help Brian and Jennifer Myers with Medical Bills

Hi, my name is Barbara Ploeger, and I have established this account to help Brian and Jennifer Myers pay for their medical bills recently accrued for Jennifer. Jennifer has had a myriad of medical problems as of late, and has spent the last five days in the ICU. It is still undetermined when she will move from ICU to a regular bed; much less be released from the hospital. Here's the rundown of events:

Jennifer has been sick for over a month, with a bad cough and hardly any energy at all. After many doctor visits and trips to the emergency room, she has finally been diagnosed. She has blood clots in her lungs and legs. They have surgically implanted a device that prevents the blood clots from traveling to her heart. She is now on blood thinners.

To add to that issue, she needs a hysterectomy very badly. There is very real concern that on blood thinners and with another cycle, she could bleed out. They are doing a temporary procedure to hopefully prevent that from happening. Major surgery at this time is not an option for her.

Basically, they are in a "whack-a-mole" situation wherein they are trying to get everything to a manageable point to prevent further grave consequences.

Brian and Jennifer do have insurance, but their deductible is a whopping $12,000! None of us would like to take that out of our pocket. I am doing this for them because not so long ago, when my little granddaughter's piggy bank was stolen when the house was robbed, Jennifer took whatever money she had (on a very limited income at the time), put it in an envelope and brought it to me to send to my granddaughter. I know Brian and Jennifer would literally give the "shirt off their backs" to help others. But now they need our help to meet their medical bills. Let's do it for them!

And last but not least, please send prayers their way for the medical personnel to know exactly what to do to get Jennifer up and on her way to feeling great!
