Let’s help baby Mabel Rose Goldby

Hello my beautiful family and friends. I really need as much help as I can get.
As most of you know my bestie Niki & her partner Michael announced their pregnancy recently with elation and joy, due November 2020. What you may not know, is they have spent years of trying and failing to fall pregnant and having to utilise assisted fertility treatment.
What is more devastating is after finally falling pregnant with their first pregnancy, in 2019 it all ended tragically late last year.
After this devastating loss, Niki and Michael began the difficult process of fertility treatment again and found themselves pregnant again in March 2020. However this pregnancy, didn’t have the smoothest start and they were told they’d loose this baby, it was just a matter of when.
However at each step of the way at each scan their baby was shown to be growing strong, and at their 21 week scan everything looked well.
However on a normal day at her 26 week check up, things took a turn for the worst. Niki was flown to from her home in Warrnambool to Melbourne with severe preeclampsia.
After weeks of all the care and treatment to keep baby in for as long as possible, baby girl Goldby was delivered by emergency caesarean at 28 weeks, 3 months early.
Mabel Rose is now in the NICU and every day is just as difficult as the last. She’s now on Cpap to help her breathe and is suffering with inflammatory infections, lung and bowel issues, is tachycardic and is also having episodes of bradycardia.
Little Mabel faces an extremely difficult road ahead, with more and more challenges arising as the days pass
Now Michael has rapidly had to become the single income earner for the household, much sooner than planned. However he has had to take time off work (as a subcontractor) to be in Melbourne so he can be by both his girls’ side.
Niki is still being treated as an inpatient with post natal preeclampsia now, this is just so hard on them, she has now been in hospital for 5 weeks.
I know I wish I could help in anyway I can. So please, help me raise a small amount of money, to support these guys financially, so they can be there for each other supporting their baby girls fight of her life.
