Help Audi Recover from Car Accident

Howdy, my name is Audi. I am 22 and just moved to Texas from Louisiana. While driving to get groceries I was in an accident with a intoxicated driver. On top of a severe sprained knee and whiplash I have no vehicle now. I can't afford a new car on my own and my insurance is being unhelpful to say the least.
