My brother has always been the smartest person I know. My earliest memories of him are sneaking past his “ NO TRESPASSING” signs on his bedroom door and walking into a Rube Goldberg wonderland, a pulley system from his ceiling to bed with a bucket of snacks in case he got hungry in the middle of the night, home built computers from spare parts. My family’s nickname for him is MacGyver, he can take a rubberband, paper clip and battery and make a fully functioning robot. He was recently in an accident and sustained a severe head injury which left him unconscious and unable to breathe on his own. He doesn’t have medical insurance and my family and I aren’t sure how we’re going to afford the long road ahead of us so any contribution would help immensely.
