Help Baby Boo Get Urgent Medical Care

Hi! I’m reaching out for help on behalf of a sweet little kitten who I am calling Boo- who urgently needs medical care. I found baby Boo all alone on the sidewalk in DTLA. He was being eaten alive by fleas and mites, and was hardly moving. I truly was in no position to take him on, but obviously could NOT leave him to suffer there alone. He has been under my care for 2 weeks now, and on day 4 suffered a prolapsed rectum which I discovered when I went to tuck him into bed.. This landed us in the emergency vet all night.

He rcvd corrective surgery and is back in my care but is still healing and has a long way to go. Despite the difficult circumstances, this kitten is full of life and love.

Unfortunately, it’s clear that he may need MORE medical help in addition to getting tested, vaccinated, neutered, etc. as he is still struggling w/his backend.. I estimate that the total cost for all treatments, including vaccinations, additional medications, and will be upwards of 2k but am unsure until his next visit which I am planning for 11/12.

I’ve already taken steps to provide basic round the clock care, but the situation is beyond my ability to handle alone - both emotionally and financially.

I’m asking for your help to contribute to these veterinary costs and give this sweet kitten the chance he deserves at a healthy, happy life.
