My name is Miah Dubert. I’m a mother of three, and right now I’m in the middle of a painful, urgent custody battle that has left me without income, without access to my youngest son, and with legal fees I cannot afford.

In early May, my ex withheld my son, Enzo, from me without any custody order in place. Despite being a deeply loving and present mother, I’m now being forced to prove that I deserve to see my child.
