Hello! My name is Harper Perryman, and l am a Life Scout in Troop 736 located in Glen Allen, VA.

For the past 5 years, I have been an active member of Scouting, taking on leadership roles and participating in more camping trips than I can count. Through service projects, leadership roles, and hands-on learning, l've grown in responsibility, problem-solving, teamwork, and confidence. Scouting has taught me skills and experiences that will last a lifetime.

From Scout, to Tenderfoot, Second and First Class, to Star, and to Life Rank, I now have the privilege of embarking on my journey to Eagle. The highest rank in Scouting. Using what I have learned from this program, l am now tasked to plan and carry out my Eagle project.

For this, I am building raised flower beds and a picnic table for the Salem Church Middle School counseling department.

These additions will create a calm, welcoming outdoor space where students can take a breath and connect with their counselors.
