#fightlikerawkee a burn survivors journey…

On February 3, 2020 Rawkee was in an accident on the farm when the wind shifted pushing hot embers from a recent grass fire into her tiny body. She was burned on 24% of her body, spent 56 days in Burn/ICU units and underwent 12 surgeries. Most recently Rawkee has started the reconstructive surgery process and has now underwent 13 surgeries with many more to come. Tissue expansion, continued grafting, release surgeries and many many PICU stays dot her future for years to come. Her incredible medical team have an amazing plan in place and have high hopes of a full reconstructive/functional future for Rawkee. With this future ahead medical bills will
continue to be a constant factor for both Rawkee’s family and her own future. All donations will go towards her medical recovery and reconstruction to regain complete functionality and healthy healing. Our hearts our full of gratitude to any and all donations.
