Everyone loves tacos! And I love serving them to my loyal customers. Up until yesterday I was a proud owner of a mobile food truck. Sadly, at around 4:45 a.m my top cook Mike phoned me and told me that our place of business was gone. GONE. The news hit me like a ton of bricks, as you grow up you think hard work and dedication will take you far and keep you safe. I've worked very hard All my life to live an honest life.  My business was an accomplishment. With it I helped support my family and the family of my employees . My humble business was a way for me to live a fruitful life alongside my daughter. As a single mom working long hours I wanted to build something and show her that anything is possible.

For the time being I am desperately trying to start again. My loans and bills will keep coming and I want to just keep working as much as I can. If it means working day and night I will do it. Currently I'm trying to get a food truck that I may be able to rent so I can start my business again. Meeting my goal will help me pay a down payment on a new food truck. Any amount big or small will definitely help!

I want to thank all the donors ahead of time. Thank you, thank you, thank you! It means the world to me.
