Support Tyler's Fight for His Daughter

Hi, my name is Tyler Hubbard I’m a member of the Kentucky national guard. Before I was deployed in the year 2022 I was in a relationship and had a beautiful baby girl. My daughter was born in march of 2022 while I was still deployed in Kosovo. I was able to watch her be born via fb video call. I was then granted leave to come home and meet my daughter the next day. Due to my not being there I was told that I wasn’t able to be put on the birth certificate. I was sent back to Kosovo 14 days after my leave was granted. I continuously checked in on my daughter sending money for formula, diapers, wipes, bottles etc. The mother of my child and my relationship ended a month after my daughter was born. I continued to check in and would sometimes go ignored. When I got back from deployment in November of 2022 I made steps to get DNA, a place to live, a lawyer etc. My lawyer tried to have the mother of my child served with DNA papers multiple times but she claimed to live in Florida. Knowing that wasn’t true since I had seen her out many times, we were finally able to have a court hearing in 2024 where I learned that my daughter had been adopted in September of 2022. I was never notified of the adoption since I wasn’t placed on the birth certificate. I am now trying to seek help in continuing my case to have the adoption overturned in order to get rights to my daughter, if you are able to please help. Thank you!
