This fundraiser is on behalf of Greenhouse Gardens Organic Nursery, located in Port Wentworth, Georgia.

Jp Cooper, owner of Greenhouse Gardens, has provided his community with affordable organically grown plant starts for 11 years because he believes that everyone should have access to organic food.

During the hard freeze over Christmas weekend, the power failed in his greenhouse, causing him to lose around $2500 worth of plants that would have been sold during his busiest months of the year - January and February.

Because it takes several weeks for the seedlings to be ready for sale, there is no way to have new seedlings ready in time.

JP is a beloved member of the Savannah gardening community. Anyone who has met him knows him for his smile, his infectious laugh and for his generous heart and spirit.
