On November 27th my son's car was stolen while he was making deliveries. During the two weeks it was in the possession of the thief, my son and I diligently searched neighborhoods and parking lots to no avail until Wednesday the 6th of December.
After I picked Isaiah up from working in the kitchen of the place he once delivered for, we spotted the car and tailed it until the local police department told us to desist and meet an officer at a designated area.
Long story short; they lost him.
Then, he got a call at 3:00 this morning telling him that his car has been recovered.
Above, is how we came upon it at an impound lot in Council Bluffs Iowa.
He is devastated. His car, job, and schooling depend on having a vehicle.
Isaiah just finished paying for his car weeks earlier and told me that things were getting a little bit easier, and that all of his hard work made made him feel he was finally making some headway.
I am very proud of him.
I'm asking for $5,000 to put towards a reliable vehicle so this won't break his spirit.
