One Year No Beer

Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of STATE OF MIND SPORT and MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
From the 1st of October 2019 to the 1st of October 2020 I am going to attempt one year no beer
For everyone who knows me you know I have always have a Jaeger in my hand so it's going to be a tough journey especially when I have a bar in the back garden
I will be raising money for State of Mind sport who has helped me since my career ended and also helped others and raised awareness of mental health in young men which of course is very close to my heart since the sad passing of my nephew James Rigby I will be giving 50% to State of Mind sport  and 50% to my nephew David Jones who since a young age has been living with muscular dystrophy . I am trying to raise enough to buy him some more equipment and hopefully get him a little scooter that attaches to his wheelchair.

Wish me luck and I'm hoping one year no beer the tattoo on my belly will turn real....
