Goochland All Stars World Series

Have you heard? Goochland Youth Athletic Association (GYAA) Majors Division made it to the Dixie Youth Baseball World Series!!!! These kids have been working so hard this summer to prepare for the State Tournament. Guess what? They made it to the Championship Game and qualified to represent Virginia in the Little League World Series to be held in Lumberton, North Carolina from August 5th through the 11th. There is so much excitement to be able to compete against the best teams from Louisiana, North Carolina and Alabama as only the top 2 teams from each state make it this far.

We only have a short amount of time to prepare and as you can imagine costs to travel, meals, accommodations, uniforms, equipment and practice will not be inexpensive. We are calling on members of the Goochland Community, friends and Family of GYAA and those of you that could support the team to please help. No donation is too small and we appreciate anything that you could provide to help these kids represent Goochland and the Commonwealth of Virginia in the World Series.
