Hi my name is Cindy,

I'm the daughter of Glen Dale. My dad has been suffering with parkisons for over 8 years and it has been a long and emotional road for dad and everyone around him. Dad has fought a long and hard battle however unfortunately dad is only being kept alive by fluids and antibiotics. Everytime he eats he aspirates. They can't do a peg or a feeding tube due to he can still aspirate and to high risks for surgery as with parkinsons he has extreme high blood pressure to very low.blood pressure it fluctuates movement to movement. A little bit about my dad. He's is a true gentleman, a kind ,caring, loving, honest human being. He loves a good joke and loves giving everyone banter. Still doing it to the nurses even knowing it's the last stage of his life journey. He always was positive, loved a boogy and loved doing the kick on the dance floor. He always put his family first always! He worked hard all his life and was going to live the dream to travel Australia, mum and dad started but however dads parkisons took over pretty quickly making it very hard.

The reason for this go fund me is to help my dads family during this horrible, sad, extremely hard time for all us saying goodbye to dad. Having to have time off from work and being able to be there with dad and not having to worry about bills and to help mum with everything and ease pressure on mum as well. The plan is to him well enough to get him home to Hervey Bay. We appreciate every single donation we receive. Big or small. Sending much love to you all x
