Newark Jr. High '15 Team Rockets
Donation protected
At Newark Jr. High, in Newark CA, our rocketry class competes in the Team America Rocketry Challenge, where kids from 7th through 12th grades design, build and fly our own rockets.
Each year, the rules change as to how high our rockets must carry an egg payload into the sky and how long the total flight time needs to be. Over 800 teams register with only the top 100 making it to finals. Our 7th and 8th graders have qualified for the finals each of the past 2 years. We were the only Jr High from Northern California and only 1 of 10 in the top 100 teams.
We need help so that we can purchase the supplies for this quest. Any amount will help.
Thank you for anything you can give.
