Kevin is one of Lime NYC's hardest working and most dedicated Ops Specialist. A veteran in his late 50s, he works long hours, is always on time, never complains and always has a positive attitude - a true asset to Lime.
A week ago, Kevin got brutally assaulted and robbed when leaving the grocery store near his home. He was in a coma for 2 days and had to go through two surgeries to recover. Despite that, he insisted on coming back to the warehouse as soon as he physically could.
Kevin will be moving in with his mother in Pennsylvania and will commute to NYC because he doesn't feel safe at home. I'd like us as a team to come together and help him get back on his feet. The money will be used to cover a new phone, the contents of his wallet that was stolen and moving costs.
