Get Back on My Feet: Medical Help

Some of yall know i have recently gotten out of the hospital. I’ve been sick for a month. I got diagnosed with kidney disease stage one. I need a little help for my meds and stuff and to just get back on my feet. I have helped a lot of people and I have NEVER asked for anything in return. If you can that’s great.
