Hi, those who know me, will know that i'm not built for running! With that, I have set myself a challege of running a 230km Ultra Marathon across Kenya 4th September 2023. The race is self sufficent and will be across 5 wildlife conservations within East Afrtica.

I had no intention of raising any sponsorship from the outset, until i was devastated by hearing news of an old friend, Simon Beswick who I worked with on HART. Simon's son Ryan has been diagnosed with a inoperable brain tumour. As a parent, this has to be the most incomprehensible news you could hear. I know that every second together as a family will be worth more than any commodity available.

I now feel compelled to through means of running this race to raise any money that will provide financial support to help them all be together as a family.

If anyone can sponsor me for this run, it will be a well placed contribution which will assist in providing financial support to the Beswick Family, which I hope can allow them all to be togeather as a family unit during this devastating time. The whole families lives will be effected forever.
