We started this fundraiser to help the family of Kyana Murray cover funeral expenses.

I first got to know Kyana when she was barely a teenager. She was the sister of a player on my son's tee ball team. From the first time we chatted, I started calling her President Kyana. She had that kind of charm and presence to her. She was a great big sister, a great daughter, a great friend, and a blessing to everyone who met her.

Over the years, she developed a love for band and then an even bigger love for animals. She was always showing off her show animals that she cared for as part of the Sherman High School Ag team. After graduating from Sherman High, she started going to college with dreams of being a veterinarian.

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree as they say. Her mother, Natalie, is one of the most caring, fully invested mothers you will ever meet. If Kyana was a flashlight in this world, Natalie is the whole dang spotlight. Our dream is to get Natalie and Kyana's whole family through this time with as little worry about money as possible.
