Funeral Expenses For Greg Meyer

On Friday, April 20, my brother Greg unexpectedly passed away at his home.  At this time, we are still not sure what the cause of death is.  The not knowing has been very difficult.  Our family is shocked and heartbroken.  We are struggling, knowing we never had the chance to say goodbye.  

Anyone who knew Greg, knows that he had the kindest soul.  He was very loving and was always putting other's needs before his own.  We will miss his goofy ways.  What an injustice that Greg should pass 20 years after surviving a car accident that left him with a traumatic brain injury.  He always struggled with double vision and severe headaches, but never complained and always had a smile on his face.  

Greg had no life insurance or funeral coverage at the time of his death.  He was a recipient of social security, and upon researching found he may be eligible for $255 in compensation for his funeral.  The last thing I want my parents to worry about is finances.  If you would like to help relieve some of this worry, it would be very appreciated.  If not, please keep the Meyers in your thoughts during this very difficult time.  Thank you so much.
