Hi Everyone,With Kristin's permission, Heather and I created this GoFundMe Page for our dear friends, Kristin & Lee Robbins and their baby girl, Charlotte.
For those who know and for those who may not know, Charlotte Robbins is currently fighting an uphill battle against a very strong & cruel childhood epilepsy disorder known as Infantile Spasms. At just 4 months old, Charlotte has endured more hospital visits, and more pain than what most people endure in a lifetime. This sweet and innocent baby girl has spent two of the four months that she's been on this Earth in and out of hospitals rather than being home with her family. It's truly one of the most heartbreaking things to see your friend suffering with pain, worry and agony due to a horrid disorder that has completely stolen her baby girl. However, even during this darkness and hardship, Kristin and Lee have maintained a loving and strong bond. The love they have for one another and their children is truly admirable and inspiring. I made the comment to Kristin the other day that I hope I'm half the mother that she is because she's seriously one of the strongest & bravest women I have ever met- a real life Super Woman she is!
However, even the strongest people sometimes need help, and that's the meaning behind this account. If you are feeling helpless like us, and want to show your love and support for Charlotte, then please consider making a donation. The money raised will go directly to Kristin & Lee, and will help with medical expenses, groceries, gas (going back and forth to Memphis is very cumbersome), etc. If you are unable to donate then we ask that you please lift Charlotte and her family up in prayer.
