Fundraiser to help Meredith Brooks and her family

Hello everyone. My name is Jenelle and I have created this fundraiser to help Meredith and her family during this challenging and unexpected time. We have known each other for the past 2 years as our kids go to school together.

Meredith was recently diagnosed with breast cancer; a complete shock after only 4 months ago giving birth to her third child, Madison. She was scheduled for a double mastectomy on Thursday, April 27th. However, the day before surgery they received some medical updates that changed the course of treatment. Unfortunately, biopsy results came back showing the cancer has spread to her lymph nodes. Meredith is set to start intense chemotherapy for approximately 12 weeks, followed by her double mastectomy 3-4 weeks later. Radiation to start after surgery with reconstruction after that.

With three little ones (Caleb: 3.5 yrs, Ethan: 2 yrs, Madison 4 months), her and her husband Craig could use our support. It is my hope this platform will help Meredith and her family so they can concentrate on treatment and recovery with a little less worry on the financial strain.

Her husband Craig will keep us all posted and updated as he can.
