Fundraiser for the Garro Family
Our friend and colleague, Aris Garro, is critically ill and currently hospitalized up in Boston. He was recently found to be in remission from lymphoma, but unfortunately is fighting through a setback in his health. His amazing wife Christine has been spending as much time up there with him as she can, while continuing to care for their three young children.
For those of you who don’t know the Garros- Aris Garro is a wonderful pediatric emergency physician at Hasbro Children’s Hospital, and Christine Garro is an excellent PA in the adult emergency department. They have both been with brown emergency medicine for many years, and are such valued/treasured members of our team.
As costs for child care, hotels, and other expenses start to add up- we are joining together to collect funds for their family. Our hope is to help ease any financial burdens they may have during this difficult time. Thank you in advance for your contributions and prayers for the Garro family!
