Our community recently suffered a heartbreaking loss.

Katie Heaven tragically passed away this past Saturday in a hiking accident. She leaves behind three children of her own and 3 from her Partner and Spouse Darren (so 6 total) - a bonafide Brady bunch blended family. But all still needing to carve a future..

Katie Heaven lived a BIG and also quiet life.... But anyone who knew her loved her energy. Katie from a young age always wanted to be a mom. Not just a regular mom, a great mom. She wanted her kids to have so much fun and know love. And that they did.

Katie was a Realtor, Sister, Daughter, Wife, friend Community Advocate and Volunteer and so much more... but also, the best MOM. She lived life to its fullest which is what she was doing when she passed while hiking on a mountain. That space climbing made Katie feel good in her soul, enjoying the weather and fresh air and adventure. This accident took Katies life too soon and her children will be supported her by family but we need to make sure that they know that her legacy lives on with us showing up for her.... and for them.

In the face of their unimaginable loss, family, friends and her Real Estate community can show up for her by sharing this post or to this GOfund me - all proceeds going directly to the family and children to help provide for their future.

Darren shared with me that Katie just did this (funding to help another family) recently for another family that lost all they had in a fire, so how incredible is it that we can now do this for her!
