Fund my husband's experimental options to extend his life

Hello all, my name is Feby and I'm fundraising for my Husband's experimental options even though it's very limited because of the nature of his cancer, Glioblastoma Grade 4 unmethylated (it means it doesn't respond to standard chemo) the most aggresive form of brain tumour. I'm relentlessy contacting doctors in and out of the country for any trial he can be part of, and most of these trials or experimental options need to be on our own pocket.

My husband (Alan Stucchi) was diagnosed April 2024, while he was playing with our 4 year old son he hit his head so hard on a metal rod twice. He ignored it because the pain went away after few minutes, after 10 days he started having difficulty speaking he can't find his words while working and right side of his body started to get weaker and weaker we thought all of this is because he was just stressed at work and needs to rest. The following day we went to our family Doctor and she sent Alan to the emergency room right away, while waiting for the CT scan result he said to me "why is the result taking so long I NEED TO GO BACK TO WORK" 5 hours later result came back 5 cm of tumour. Ambulance called right away for his transfer to another hospital, surgery lasted 6 hours he came out of the surgery with flying colours, spoke english and Italian to me and to his Father right away. Recovery was going well until the next MRI came in again another 4cm of tumour on his left side of the brain, again he nailed his 4 hours surgery and went back to work days after surgery . This is my husband, he adores his job, his collegues, his passion for what he does is admirable. He went through 2 sets of radiation therapy and chemo cycles, It work for awhile until it didn't.

We had a good year, until May of 2025 found 2 new tumours growing actively. They did cyberknife therapy and a standard trial drug for recurrent brain tumour, he was doing well until 5 weeks after the treatment he had his first grand seizure that lasted for 10 minutes what's painful is that he was alone when it happened, we had to rush him to the ER thankfully no brain bleeding then another seizure 15 days after. Fastforward to now, he has another 2 new tumour growing and this time we are running out of options very much, Doctors limited our options atleast inside Italy. His first treament was under the STUPP protocol surgery, radiation and chemo, chemo didn't work and had another anti cancer drug called regorafenib it was promising but didn't respond well. Now Alan is doing another type of chemo drug but we need to get to any trial clinic as soon as possible, which in this case USA is our best option.

I decided to do this gofundme page to support my husband's treatment, we have options, but it's something that we have to gamble and to be honest we have nothing to lose. He is the most understanding husband, supportive loving Father and a very thoughful son and a friend that you can always depend on. He is my everything and his son adores him that it breaks my heart whenever he asks if his papa will live.

To each and everyone of you, our Family and Friends all over the world, we appreciate you and we thank you for always supporting and loving us from afar. To those who doesn't know us, we thank you from the the bottom of our hearts because you cared reading this and already given your time to know Alan a little bit more.

Alan know's he's dying with this diagnosis, it's terminal there's no cure heck not even a good prognosis, so any monetary amount you will be donating all goes for his treatment, but this is uncertain, and that uncertainty is my will to still have my husband as long as I can and be with our son for a little bit more time.. It's a very dark and difficult time for us right now, but we have our family's support love and care that we always cherish.

To my Love, I love you so much. You are the best thing that happened to me, thank you for giving me the life I could ever ask for, life with you, thank you for giving me Dylan our son whose love for you is endless. To everyone, this is our little family asking for a little help any help would mean the entire world for us.

With love,
Alan Feby and Dylan
