Hi, my name is Talon Osmun and I am a junior at Mattawan High School. Last summer I had the fortune to go to Tanzania with my mom, sister, aunt and grandma. We spent five days volunteering at Fruitful Orphanage and Shine School in Arusha, where I instantly fell in love with all of the children. So, I decided to start a fundraiser this high school lacrosse season where I would donate my own money of $2/goal and $1/assist, and ask for matching donations from family and close friends. I initially had a goal of $1,000, but believe that I can reach $2,000 from my goals and donations. All proceeds will be going to Fruitful Orphanage, where they are trying to provide each child with a glass of milk a day and one egg a week- it doesn't seem like much, right?! So, please help in any way that you possibly can so that even though I am not in Arusha, Tanzania right now, we can still help make a difference! God Bless!
