Frances (Fran) Geraldine Cappe

Fran was a passionate, caring and intelligent person who dedicated her life to helping others. She was predeceased by her partner and soulmate of 40 years, Donald F. Bowell. They had no children. Fran was dedicated to her work as an RSW right up to the end and her passing came completely unexpected. Thus, in lieu of flowers, we ask for donations to assist with her burial and end of life expenses.
