Funeral Expenses for Dad
Donation protected
Bounthan Ben Keomorokot received his wings early on November 28, 2020 at 4AM, in Riverside, California due to complicated health conditions and old age. He was a great father and grandfather, a friend and an active member in the Lao Temple Society in Rhode Island. Their mission was to inspire and preserve our heritage by promoting the practice of Lao art, culture, and tradition. Ben loved to garden and go on bike rides. Exercise was just something he loved to do and he always encouraged it. He was always on the move and made it all look easy. He also LOVED watching sports. His favorite wrestler was between The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin, and his favorite basketball player was the late, Kobe Bryant. Not only did he love to watch sports but he loved to joke around and eat. All and all, he was strong, he was smart, and loving. He had such a charismatic personality and was loved by so many.
All donations will go towards funeral expenses including the traditional in-home monk ceremony, as well as flight/hotel expenses (my grandpa has kids and grandkids throughout the states and in Laos). I speak for my family when I say that any donation will be deeply appreciated and not only cover expenses but bring our family together during this time.
Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers
