Charlotte's Web has been banned. Huckleberry Finn has been banned. To Kill a Mockingbird has been banned. As part of One Million Rising, we have started a network of Little Free Libraries of Banned Books. You may have seen Little Free Libraries, but because of the heightened level of book banning across the country, our libraries are exclusively for banned books. We feel sorry for children whose parents refuse to allow them to read classic American literature, but we feel disgusted that these parents want to ban these books from every child in America.

We have built six libraries. Two are installed, and the other four will be up and running within the next two weeks, but we do not have enough books to completely fill them, and we will need a lot of books during our first year of operation. Please donate so we can keep great American literature in circulation, and keep our First Amendment alive and well.
