My daughter recently created a bingo-style vision board for 2026, and it inspired me to make one of my own. When I came across the challenge to run 100 miles in February, it immediately felt meant to be — it checked so many boxes on my board: trying something new, pushing myself with a challenge, and giving back monthly in a meaningful way. February is the American Cancer Society.
This challenge also spoke to my heart because it supports the American Cancer Society. My dad spent many years supporting their mission by helping run golf tournaments, and cancer has touched so many people we love and cherish.
Cancer is a fight that continues to affect all of us, and it’s one we can’t stop showing up for. This February, I’m committing to running 100 miles in 28 days — both as a personal challenge and in support of the fight against cancer. Whether it be on the track, around the neighborhood or on my treadmill watching the latest series I am determined to hit the 100 miles! I would be so grateful for your support along the way as I lace up my running shoes!
