Help Raise Money for Mike

Hi everyone. I am setting up this account for Mike and his family. As a mother, no mother wants to see their children fall upon hard times. His wife is critically ill and he needs to be with her. She needs to seek care in the states and needs medivac out of Kwaj.  This is going to be a financial strain for him. He will be unable to work for sometime. It's important he is able to meet his health insurance premium so he can continue to have the coverage he needs to provide the care for Hertha. He leaves behind a 12 and 13 year old he needs to provide care for without being present. Due to these circumstances, I am asking you all if you can donate to help him out.
Every little bit will help and I know how much he will appreciate it. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you and I can't tell you how grateful Mike will be to see the help you can provide. He is most thankful for his family and friends and sends his blessings to each and everyone of you.
