Emergency Heart Surgery Fund

Hi My Name is Louis.

 

First of all thank you for taking your time to read this .

 

I was born in Indonesia and I am working in Canada currently.

I am also an uber driver in Canada . I have a wife name Noviana (homemaker) and a child aged 17 months old In Jakarta whom I have not met for almost 2 years due to the pandemic.

 

In Nov 2021 , Noviana was diagnosed with Ruptured Ovarian Cyst and anemia . No doctor would take the risk to operate on her after finding out she had arrhythmia (a problem with the rate or rhythm of your heartbeat) .

 

Doctor had advised her to perform surgery ASAP and put 2 pacemaker to sustain her life and then after the heart surgery , she will need to perform uterus removal . Any delay will cause a loss of life . She is currently doing blood transfusion to sustain her life despite her lively demure.

 

Noviana is still currently Indonesian Citizen and there is difficulties migrating and settling the paperwork due to the pandemic. She is also not on any national / private insurance.

 

Time is running up and I really need help to raise fund of estimated CAD 35,000 so that she can undergo surgery ASAP. If you need further queries . doubts or any further verification kindly let me know and will be glad to share all the legitimate test results and information.

1) Untuk di Eka hospital BSD estimasi biaya 118 juta ++ dengan dokter Ignatius Yansen (belum termasuk screening covid, apabila ada tindakan darurat, thorax)

2) Untuk di RS harapan kita, belum bisa ditotal estimasi karena belum ada penentuan jadwalnya, hanya saja dari pembicaraan dokter diangka 80-100 jutaan kurang lebihnya untuk pacemaker dual chamber dengan dr Sunu Budi Rahardjo

3)Untuk operasi ovarian cancer stage 1 a, estimasi 160 juta dengan dokter Firman Santoso, belum termasuk apabila ada keganasan, atau tindakan kemoterapi

4) BPJS tidak bisa di gunakan utuk operasi jantung.

Third degree atrioventrikular blok (AV block), juga dikenal sebagai blok jantung lengkap, adalah kondisi medis di mana impuls yang dihasilkan di node sinoatrial (SA node) di atrium jantung tidak merambat ke ventrikel.

3)Hospital & Operation Fee for Cancer stage 1a , estimated 160 million IDR with Doctor Firman Santoso (not inclusive of chemotheraphy etc)

4) BPJS (National Indonesia Insurance - not covering for this heart issue)
