Eli Castro’ Journey
Eli, who turns 2 in July, was suffering from what doctors said were allergies. A cough and difficulty breathing were his only symptoms. At 2am Monday morning, following Mother’s Day, he woke up fussy and frantic from not being able to breathe. His mother took him to the ER. They did a chest Xray and found a mass between his lungs and in front of his heart. The next day he started chemotherapy in an attempt to shrink the tumor and relieve the pressure it was placing on his trachea and heart.
On May 15th a formal diagnosis was made. Eli has Stage III, T-Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma. Eli will undergo two years of intensive treatment.
Please keep him in your prayers and send healing thoughts his way. Believe in miracles and send that energy his way 100%.
All donations will go directly to Eli’s medical and living expenses to support his recovery and healing.
