Dupuy Family Hurricane Relief
Donation protected
Trinity and Steve, and their sweet one-month-old son, Oliver, were forced to evacuate from their Katy home due to severe flooding from Hurricane Harvey. They left with the clothes on their backs, a few things for the baby, their two dogs and cat on August 27th. They clung tight to Baby Oliver, as they had to boat and walk barefoot through feet of water to reach their shelter.
When they were finally allowed to see their home on September 4th (over a week later), they discovered that they lost almost everything in the flood. "When we finally got into the house, I think I went into shock," said Trinity. "When I saw just how much we lost, I went numb. I am just so grateful that we got out safe with Oliver."
They have lost clothes, furniture, family heirlooms, household goods, baby items, appliances, and more. Everything is needed and it is highly doubtful that insurance will cover the total cost of their losses. We are so thankful for their safety and for the brave faces that they have put on in this unimagineable situation.
We ask friends and family to join us in helping Trinty, Steve, and Baby Oliver get back on their feet and start their new life after the flood. Any gifts recieved will go towards helping this special family meet immedate needs and rebuild their lives.
We appreciate your help, thoughts, and prayers for Trinity, Steve, and Oliver!
