Dr. Sharon's Fight with Frontotemporal Dementia
Donation protected
Hi, I'm Ellyn Solis, a lifelong friend of Dr. Sharon's.
As you may know, Dr. Sharon made her name as a Chiropractor/Acupuncturist traveling the world and working with some of the most well-known names in music, entertainment, and sports making sure that they could appear at their peak performance.
She lent her "healing hands" to thousands of people, countless artists, behind-the-scenes folks, friends, and her patients in her private practice leaving them all feeling 1000% better after she treated them.
She approached all of us with her special brand of humor, health expertise, and tough love when we needed it. A true Healer.
Well, now she needs our help.
A few years ago, Dr. Sharon was diagnosed with a form of dementia known as Pick's Disease which is a type of frontotemporal dementia. This neurodegenerative disease has taken a progressively downhill turn that requires her to be relocated to an independent living facility with a memory care component.
Thankfully her savings have gotten her through to this point, however it is unlikely she will be able to receive the care she needs long-term without the generous help of her friends.
Sharon and her beloved dog Tucker will be moving into the facility at the beginning of 2023 and the creation of this fund has become a necessity to help secure the stability of her long-term care.
Her family has hesitated to do this fundraiser due to Sharon's deep pride and sense of privacy but the need has now become too great to keep silent.
All donations will be placed into a trust in Sharon's name solely for her care, overseen and distributed by attorney Jan Michael Morris, Esq. in Florida.
So with an open heart, I humbly request that you give whatever you can to make sure that the person who cared for all of us, gets the care she so badly needs now.
With so much love and appreciation for anything you can do,
xo, Ellyn
