Donate to Jonathan and Maria’s Foster Care of Newborn Twins

Dear family and friends,

I wanted to share some news with you all in the simplest way.

Maria Labate Chappel and I have always believed that the support we received from our parents played a big role in our success in life. This belief drew us toward adoption, as we wanted to offer a child the same opportunity.

Earlier this summer, we began our adoption journey and were set to adopt twins. Unfortunately, things didn’t work out as planned.

Due t o additional circumstances, the twins were going to be placed in foster care, and we were asked if we would consider becoming foster parents.

Though this wasn't part of our original plan, we had many long deep discussions and these babies are the exact reason we were drawn to this. So we have decided to answer this call.

We might only be these babies parents for a few months, enough time to love them and help them gain weight and hit milestones or it could turn into a permanent thing. We aren't sure, but we are going to do our best to serve them for whatever amount of time we have with them.

We will not be sharing intimate details or anything about them for their own privacy, but if anyone has anything that they would want to donate to us, we would be happy to accept because we did pay an adoption fee, which we will be probably losing.

Please do not feel obligated because I know times are not easy for anyone at this time, just please keep these babies in your thoughts that they end up where they need to be for a successful life.
