Hi, my name is Megan, I am fundraiser for Liz Casas. Liz “Lizzy” Casas was an absolutely beautiful soul who left us on April 7, 2023. She was just shy of her 29th birthday. Liz suffered through many health crises, surgeries, procedures and everything in between for much of her life. However, these setbacks were merely a speed bump for someone with such grace, empathy, perseverance and the most joyous spirit a person can possess. Liz refused to let her compromised health define her as her zest for life always reigned supreme. Lizzy was an avid fan of metal music, the Bears, animals, cooking shows, and all things horror. Her time spent working The Haunt with family and friends from The Odeum and then Sonny Acres are some of her most cherished memories. Her ability to turn someone’s day around and improve the mood of an entire room was second to none. Because of the aforementioned medical expenses, Liz, and those closest to her, had to endure financial burden for decades. With that, we would greatly appreciate any donation you are willing to give. It will allow this angel to properly and beautifully be sent to heaven.
