Davian Ponds, 2 years old, in heart failure.

Hey, my name is Desiree, I’m Davian’s mom. Whenever Davian was born, he was an undiagnosed left hypoplastic baby. We spent the first couple of months in the hospital with him having open heart surgery to repair his heart. The procedures go in three steps. However, Davian is the one that decides how the process should go. We are currently admitted into Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. The right ventricle is failing which is causing him to have some other difficulties as well. The failure and transplant team came in to speak with us earlier, so it’s going to be a long journey. We have a babysitter for his baby brother, and dad is missing work to be with his Davian. The bills go on even thought they sickness has us stumped.
