Do It for D Money

Hey. I'm Chris King, and I've been a co-worker, boss, friend and brother to Darrell Underwood for the last 20 years. Darrell, who we always called "D Money," passed away unexpectedly in the morning hours of April 7.

D Money loved live music. You would find him a couple of nights a week at Stickyz or Rev Room at a show (he loved jam bands and metal bands and EDM events). Often he would be making friends at the bar at Lucky Lou's or Big Whiskeys in the neighborhood.

He was an artist, and he loved to build and ride his bikes. He was one of the biggest hearts I know, with a refreshingly simple outlook on the world's ways.

As devastating as the situation has been, we know that D's family needs some help wrapping up his personal business.

He would want you to know that he loved the Grateful Dead, but he really liked Gov't Mule and the Allman Brothers more.
