DJ Andrade Memorial Fund
Donation protected
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of David Jaryl (DJ) Andrade, the most beautiful and happy soul that we were blessed to know for the four short years he spent on this Earth with us. It was discovered a year ago that DJ had a brain tumor. Since then, his young parents, Ali and David Andrade, have spent every waking moment by his side, fighting alongside him and surrounding him with unconditional love to give him the best life imaginable while they were able to. Through multiple surgeries as well as radiation, DJ and his parents battled hard, but were recently left with the devastating news that his condition had worsened beyond repair, and that his fight has come to an end. Throughout this last year, his parents have been unable to work as their lives were uprooted so they could be with him at the various treatment centers he had to stay in around the state… he was never left to be alone. They have given all of themselves, in every way imaginable, to make sure he knew just how incredibly loved he is. Now, we would like to help them be able to honor his life properly with a beautiful memorial. There is nothing more tragic than the loss of a child, and we would like to help this family in their time of need, to embrace and love them as they did so selflessly for their son. We will miss DJ’s laughter, his light that he shared with everyone who had the honor of meeting him, and the pure joy that God allowed him to briefly share with this world. Please join us in helping DJ’s parents with the upcoming memorial expenses, as well as general living expenses, as they take the first steps in attempting to recover from the loss of their child.
