I have an abundance of issues and my story is far too long to put everything here. 

I have serious issues with my jaw because of Ehler Danlos which caused me to have tmj type issues at 7 years old, its progressed to my left jaw joint being completely deteriorated and the worst pain ever. but over the last 3 years its caused my teeth to break and its caused infection. I've been on 875mg 2 times a day of amoxicillin for about a year and a half because of the infection. I've seen countless dentist when going in office to try to get help that "I don't feel comfortable working on you because you're too medically complex (jaw issues wise and many other complications)"

 

Anyways, we found an oral surgeon who would do my surgery after a year and a half and quite a few dentists seen. The picture showing what teeth were approved for removal and things that were not approved are in the photos above. When i went in to goto my consultation about a month and 3 weeks ago we scheduled my surgery date set to July 22nd. We've been asking about price and them saying it was covered the entire time. Today July 14th.... nearly 8 days before my apt say that costs are 2.1K paid up front otherwise i do not get the surgery. As you can see from the photos above... I've been dealing with this pain for a long long time and I really need help I cannot push back this date any longer than i already have. I am terrified to find out what would happen to me if I don't get this done asap.. 

Anything helps and is great appreciated, I've been quite prideful lately but i need help so bad right now.. Please I am at a complete loss right now and don't know what else to do..

 

I have more photos but I will have to post them once I get the paper for the price in full up front and my xrays to just show more proof and how bad this really is right now..
