Help Derek Fight ALS

2 years ago Derek was diagnosed with Multifocal Motor Neuropathy but this past year the diagnoses was changed to Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis otherwise known as ALS. ALS is a nervous system disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord and causes loss of muscle control. Over this past year Derek’s symptoms have progressed which has led to his inability to walk and loss of function in his arms which unfortunately has led to him no longer being able to take care of himself. With 2 children, Riley, 6 and April, 2, his symptoms progressing and 24/7 care there is much need for assistance with help paying for medical bills, needs for care giving and making him comfortable. Anything would help lighten the stress for Derek and his family!
