David Zellis Funeral Expenses

Hi,

As many of you know, my dad (David Zellis) recently and very suddenly passed away. Up until a few hours before his death, the doctors believed it was a bad sinus infection. It turns out it was Extranodal Natural Killer/T-cell Lymphoma, an extremely rare and aggressive form of lymphoma. Treatment wasn’t an option, so as a family and with input from doctors, we made the decision to do withdrawal of care.

Due to the unexpected nature of this, any help with funeral expenses would be greatly appreciated for my mom. She isn’t the type to ask for help, but I know having an extra bit of support will make a big difference.

If you were lucky enough to know my dad, you’ll know he was a funny, quirky and loving man whose entire world was my mom.
