Eathan's "Joy"

Donation protected
Eathan was injured in a pool accident on August 14, 2014.  He was airlifted to the hospital and admitted to Intensive Care. Eathan has a spinal cord injury which has caused paralysis from the chest down.  At this time, it is expected that Eathan will need extensive therapy and will rely on a wheelchair.  There will be many costs associated with Eathans daily care.  It is with his parent's permission that I am setting up this page for him.  Eathan is fifteen years old and comes from a faithful, loving family.  This is a family who go out of their way to help others.  They run a completely free clothing pantry out of their home for anyone in need.  Alot of time is put into this along with cost of untilities and supplies and they ask for nothing.  They are a family with values, people who make you want to be a better person. Doug and Becky have five other children and also are dedicated foster parents. They ask for nothing from others and yet are the first people to ask what they can do in others time need. This time of uncertainty and the long road ahead of them has put them into the uncomfortable role of allowing others to help.  When you are always on the giving end, it is difficult to receive generosity from others.  Now is a time when we can all give back to this amazing family.  They are choosing "Joy" and trusting in God as they start this new journey.  Thank you for contributing to Eathan's "Joy" and being a part of building his future.
