Addison is the first known case of ROHHAD* in Vermont. ROHHAD has made it difficult for Addy to maintain normal organ and body functions.
Addy was able to return home after spending 11months in the hospital. Since her diagnosis, her family has made many changes in order to offer Addy a comfortable way of life. Circumstances have placed the Cross family in extreme financial hardship.
Forever grateful for all the help they have received from friends, family, and the loving community surrounding them, Reg and Tiffany have been hesitant to restart fundraising. However, to provide the intensive 24/7 care Addy needs, Mom has not been able to go back to work for over a year and a half, leaving them with half of their previous income.
Please consider extending monetary support so that Addy's family can continue her care and the ability to provide her the home she knows and loves.
Diagnosed in February 2014, Addy has undergone several procedures including: tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, tracheotomy, and surgery to biopsy a small mass found in her lower back. Most recently Addy spent a week back in the PICU for an infection that led to removing a port in her chest.
