Fixing the house for Teddy & Vida

As you might know Dad lost his job in Toronto and we had move from the city to the country home grandpa left when he passed away. The house is a disaster and not livable. 

Since then thanks to all your generosity we have built this room on the property. It was a lot of work and a lot of money but we were able to complete it enough to move in. 

We also need the hydro panel changed. Prior to him passing grandpa changed most of the wiring in the house. The panel itself needed a licensed electrician. I was able to find one who will give me a decent price. Upon further investigation I’ve found out the service from the pole needs to be upgraded (as now it’s knob and tube service) this will be an additional cost of $1500 on top of the cost of the electrician and all his part on the other side of the meter

Teddy has also been dealing with an anxiety issue his whole life. It’s one of the reasons he had to leave his first home. Dad has tried several remedies which have been proven to be ineffective. Unfortunately we are now at trying pharmaceuticals. 

He has just started them so Dad wasn’t to stay close to monitor any side effects that might arise. Hopefully before he is set to go back to work we can get Teddy figured out and the house safe so Dad doesn’t need to worry while he’s gone
