However, complications followed the birth, and tragically, Summer passed away shortly after. Our hearts go out to Cory, and to Summer’s friends and family. Those who knew Summer are deeply saddened. For those in the Taiwan running community and beyond who know and knew Cory and Summer, it’s time to step up. We need to pitch in and do what we can to help with what will be a challenging financial future ahead for Cory as he brings up Sophia as a single dad.
